What You Will Do
Conduct complete client intakes and interview witnesses, supervise the ordering of records, obtain official reports, research, draft discovery, prepare draft motions and responses.

At least 10+ years of successful experience, preferably in personal injury, self-motivated and organized, able to maintain a heavy workload with time-sensitive material.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Ten or more years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Paralegal certification
- FileVine experience preferred
