Role Overview

As a Senior Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing complex legal cases, conducting legal research, drafting and analyzing documents, and providing critical support to attorneys in high-net-worth family law proceedings.

What You Will Do

You will oversee case development, conduct comprehensive legal research, draft documents, assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials, communicate with clients, and manage attorney calendars and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Certificate of completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program
  • Degree with 24 law-related units from an accredited institution
  • High school diploma/GED with a minimum of three years of law-related experience under the supervision of a California attorney
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in family law, with at least five (5) years in high-net-worth family law cases
  • Familiarity with courts in Santa Clara or Alameda counties preferred
