Role OverviewCGS is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to provide professional litigation support for a large Federal agency initiative. The role involves assisting AUSAs, reviewing title commitments, preparing declarations, and maintaining case files. The Senior Paralegal will work in a team environment, collaborating with attorneys and other professionals to solve complex problems.
What You Will Do
The Senior Paralegal will assist in witness interviews, prepare records, and create deed history summaries. They will also prepare declarations, complaints, and motions, summarize depositions, and maintain case files. Additionally, they will support attorneys in the courtroom and develop statistics and tabulations to provide leads for case litigation.

Requirements
- Two (2)-Year degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Criminal Justice, Business/Business Administration/Finance, English/Journalism, or other related field
- High school diploma/equivalent and Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in providing legal support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain adjudication for the requisite background investigation
