What You Will Do
The Senior Paralegal will lead the implementation of the company's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, manage and track CHVAC contracts, review and analyze commercial contracts, and conduct in-depth legal research.

Requirements
- Fifteen plus (15+) years of paralegal or contract management experience
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with attorneys, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Proficient with legal databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and document management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
