Role OverviewThis individual will lead project teams through the entire project design and construction lifecycle, managing client and design teams for parking structures of all sizes and types. Key responsibilities include code analysis, quality control, obtaining agency approvals, and management of construction administration services.

Manage parking projects to a superior standard of quality, develop and integrate architectural documentation standards, contribute to the development and implementation of a digital workflow effort, and mentor the next generation of talent.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Architecture of Parking Structures
- Minimum 3 years as a multi-disciplined Project Manager
- Professional Architecture License preferred
- Actively pursuing path to professional licensure
