Role OverviewWe are seeking a senior pastor to lead our multigenerational church with approximately 70 regular attendees. The pastor will be responsible for preaching, teaching, and guiding the congregation, as well as engaging with the community and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be grounded in Scripture, secure in their own convictions, and comfortable engaging a range of perspectives within historic Christian orthodoxy.
What You Will Do
The senior pastor will be responsible for preaching, teaching, and guiding the congregation, as well as engaging with the community and surrounding area. They will also be involved in family and youth ministry, and will be expected to represent differing views, encourage respectful debate, and lovingly challenge the congregation when needed.
