Role Overview

As a Senior Patient Access Representative in Radiology Registration, you play an essential role in creating a seamless experience for patients undergoing diagnostic imaging services. You'll partner with radiology technologists, providers, schedulers, and clinical teams to coordinate patient care, verify critical information, and support efficient department operations.

What You Will Do

Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and families, guide patients through registration and check-in, verify patient information, and support patient enrollment in digital resources. Coordinate with radiologists, technologists, and support staff to ensure patients are prepared and appointments remain on schedule.

Requirements

  • High School Equivalent / GED
  • 2+ years of patient/customer service in a hospital, physician practice or medical clinic
