Job Description
The Senior Payroll and Benefits Lead will manage assigned payrolls for a multistate, multicompany environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They will also maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll and employment records, and communicate with employees regarding payroll policies and benefits.

Requirements

  • Confidentiality, consistency, and deep professionalism is a must, inside and outside the team.
  • At least five years of multi-state payroll experience.
  • APA (American Payroll Association) Certification preferred, consistent ownership of the understanding of best practices regarding payroll required.
  • Ability to research, understand, perform, and explain various complex payroll calculations.
