Forward Financing is seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to provide strategic human resources support and guidance to its GTM and Underwriting teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or other business-related field
5+ years of experience as an HRBP
3+ years of direct GTM support
Experience working with a global workforce
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management strengths
Benefits
Annual Targeted Salary: $165,000-195,000 USD
Annual Target Bonus: 12%
