Job Description
Chime is seeking a Strategic People Development Partner to design and deliver innovative learning solutions for their people managers. This role involves leading a manager development strategy, implementing capacity frameworks, delivering blended learning programs, and partnering cross-functionally to embed learning into performance systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in adult learning and instructional design and a data-driven approach to program improvement.

Requirements

  • Led end-to-end development strategies for targeted audiences (e.g., people managers, leaders)
  • Background in adult learning and instructional design
  • Delivered both small and large group facilitation
  • Developed programs using data insights, experimentation, and AI tools
  • Worked in a high-growth or evolving organization
  • At least 7 years of experience in L&D or Talent Development
