Role OverviewThe Senior People Operations Business Partner will work as a strategic advisor to organizational leaders, creating and executing programs to enhance the employee experience and culture at Ai2. The role requires building trust and strong relationships with executive, senior, and frontline managers, as well as designing and facilitating talent development, talent movement, and workforce planning programming.
What You Will Do
The Senior People Operations Business Partner will be responsible for operating talent assessment and talent management for the company, building and maintaining strong ties to managers, mentors, and employees, and developing Ai2's first Employee Value Proposition. They will also oversee compliance, employment law, policy definition, and employee relations, and counsel team members on related issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive human resources (or relevant) experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify need for, design, implement, and iterate people/talent programs
- Both acumen and passion for people/talent data, metrics, and measurement
- Familiarity with common operational improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, Kaizen, Agile or Lean development, 5 Whys, etc.)
- Breadth of experience across multiple functional areas of human resources
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; demonstrable ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- High degree of confidentiality, curiosity, and objectivity
