Role Overview

The Senior People Operations Coordinator - Immigration and Global Mobility will manage and support the company's immigration-related needs and international travel program, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This individual will work closely with employees, the People team, and external legal counsel to facilitate the immigration process for foreign national employees and prospective hires, as well as manage the logistics and compliance aspects of international travel.

What You Will Do

The Senior People Operations Coordinator - Immigration and Global Mobility will serve as the primary point of contact for all immigration-related inquiries, assess employee immigration needs, prepare and review immigration applications, manage and track the progress of immigration cases, and stay up-to-date on changes in U.S. immigration laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in immigration law or Human Resources, with a focus on immigration and international travel
  • Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, specifically as they relate to employment-based immigration
  • Experience preparing and filing various immigration applications and petitions (e.g., H-1B, O-1, TN, PERM)
  • Experience managing an international travel program
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with external legal counsel on immigration matters
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
