Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Performance Tester to lead performance testing, performance engineering, and scalability analysis for enterprise applications, cloud-native platforms, data warehouse solutions, and data lake ecosystems. The selected candidate will develop and execute end-to-end performance test strategies, design workload models, and analyze system behavior across application, database, infrastructure, and cloud layers.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute performance test strategies, design and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, resiliency, and capacity tests, analyze performance results, and identify bottlenecks. Provide technical leadership for high-visibility engagements and mentor team members on NeoLoad scripting and cloud observability.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in performance testing, resiliency testing, performance engineering, or quality engineering for enterprise applications, hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad and LoadRunner, and strong cloud/CI-CD performance test automation experience, particularly AWS.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in performance testing, resiliency testing, performance engineering, or quality engineering for enterprise applications
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad and LoadRunner
- Strong Cloud/CI-CD performance test automation experience, particularly AWS
- Database performance validation experience with large-scale data warehouse or data lake environments
- Scripting/programming/query language proficiency (JavaScript, Java, Groovy, Python, SQL, or shell scripting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of performance testing lifecycle, SDLC, Agile delivery, and non-functional requirements validation
