Job Description
Midwest BankCentre is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to engage with customers, establish rapport, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of bank customer contact or retail sales experience and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Facilitate Financial Empowerment courses
  • Assist team in achieving branch goals, serve as a mentor/trainer for new employees
  • Understand and adhere to federal banking regulations
