Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior PIV Support Specialist to support FAA Personnel Security operations and identity credentialing services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on PIV card diagnostics experience
  • Experience with PIV provisioning software
  • Strong knowledge of PIV card diagnostics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Web-based applications and computer systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
