Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Senior Plant Manager to lead their Hollywood location, driving performance, building capability, and ensuring safe and compliant operations across the plant.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, or production environments
  • Prior manufacturing leadership experience required; food and beverage industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Proven warehouse leadership; Automated Warehouse experience with Automation Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Vertique (warehouse automation) highly desired
