Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in platform administration, solution delivery, business systems, workflow automation, business analysis, architecture support, or application development
- Experience with ServiceNow, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Fabric, Databricks, APIs, enterprise integration tools, or automation platforms
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify needs, recommend strategies, and deliver technology-enabled business outcomes
- Understanding of architecture principles, integration patterns, security controls, documentation, governance, and support readiness practices
