Job Description
We're looking for a seasoned Senior Platform Engineer to help us build the infrastructure powering the future of AI-driven recruitment marketing technology.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
Strong experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management
Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Crossplane, or similar tools
Proficiency with containerization tools and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, GitLab CI, or equivalent)
Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
Strong scripting ability in Python and Bash
Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
