Role OverviewAs a Senior Plumbing Designer, you will perform plumbing design tasks, including preparation of contract documents, under the supervision of licensed engineers. You will work as part of a multi-discipline team, performing plumbing design during all phases of multiple simultaneous projects.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include performing design calculations, interpreting and preparing reports, producing deliverable drawing sets, and completing plumbing-related specifications. You will also attend internal and client meetings, communicate with clients and consultants, and conduct site investigations and observations.

Requirements
- Associates Degree from Technical College or Bachelor of Science in construction/engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience with A/E firm in building plumbing design and detailing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of codes and related industry standards (IBC, ASPE, etc.)
- Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Word/Excel and Revit MEP
- Strong understanding of construction methods
- Ability to deal with competing priorities and manage time appropriately
- Strong problem solving and self-motivation skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-discipline team
- Demonstrated passion for technology and its integration with the AEC industry
