Job Description
The Senior Portfolio Accountant will build and maintain strong relationships with property management teams, communicate accounting policies, and perform detailed monthly reviews of property revenues and expenses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 1-3 years of real estate accounting experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with property management/accounting systems
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
