Role OverviewAs a Senior Portfolio Analyst, you will join the MedTech Innovation Enablement team and influence the strategy, portfolio, and business processes of J&J MedTech Innovation globally. You will drive efficiencies, provide insights to make positive business decisions, and influence the eco-system of digitizing business processes.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include driving organizational change, maintaining the end-to-end portfolio data model, building and maintaining self-service dashboards, providing training and tier-1 support, collecting and consolidating portfolio data, delivering eNPV, IRR, scenario and capacity models, analyzing competitors and industry trends, and crafting talking points for various stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in portfolio management, R&D finance, PMO, or strategy within MedTech, Pharma, or healthcare industry
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, and strong Power BI capability
- Proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Excellent storytelling and influencing skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders
