Role OverviewThe role will support pipeline optimization and prioritization decisions through analysis of market dynamics vis-a-vis internal project progress, draw insights, help craft strategies to address portfolio gaps, and provide direction for the long-term growth of the business. This role will play a critical role in supporting NA portfolio strategy by identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new product opportunities across the North America markets.
What You Will Do
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product opportunities across the U.S. and Canada by monitoring market trends, competitive dynamics, new approvals, and portfolio fit. Conduct market intelligence, forecasting, and business case analyses to support product selection, ROI assessments, and long-term portfolio growth strategies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong understanding of portfolio management, product selection, and the pharmaceutical product development lifecycle. Deep knowledge of the North America generics pharmaceutical markets, including growth drivers, competitive landscape, and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Portfolio Management, Product/Pipeline Selection & Development, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Business Planning, or related areas
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
