Key responsibilities include leading a team of onsite managers, conducting coaching sessions, promoting a culture of collaboration, and communicating property performance metrics to owners. The Senior Portfolio Manager will also oversee all aspects of property performance, analyze budgets and expenses, and implement strategies to enhance property value and efficiency.
