Role Overview

As a Senior Power Project Manager at HDR, you will direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle, responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity.

What You Will Do

You will produce and coordinate several projects concurrently, establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. You will also track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a PE license or PMP certification, experience in the power utility industry, and basic understanding of the major components of a power delivery system. Requirements

  • PE license or PMP certification
  • Experience in the power utility industry
  • Basic understanding of the major components of a power delivery system
  • Familiarity with Primavera P3 or SureTrak software
  • Familiarity with Prolog software
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 10 years related experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
  • Ability to interact with various design teams
  • Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
