Role OverviewThe Senior Preconstruction Manager will oversee preconstruction services, prepare, lead, and present estimates and proposals, and manage preconstruction services on all project procurement types.
What You Will Do
Provide training, mentoring, and leadership to other estimating, preconstruction, and operations staff, lead preconstruction and estimating processes, and oversee general conditions and margin plans.

Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of preconstruction processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in estimating/preconstruction on federal construction projects
- Thorough knowledge of Unformat, CSI, and unit pricing costs
- Strong presentation skills and ability to sell
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints
- Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, database estimating software, and 2D takeoff software
