Role OverviewNorthrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for a Senior Principal Information Systems Project Manager to support the Digital Value Chain Optimization (DVCO) organization as a Organizational Change and Project Management Lead. The role will serve as the primary change management authority for the DVCO program, partnering with Mission Systems Talent & Org Effectiveness to embed structured change practices across every project wave.
What You Will Do
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of deployment and change management activities, define and execute change strategy, and lead project teams to identify impacted and interested stakeholders.
