Job Description
Seneca Resources seeks a Senior Privacy & Data Protection Attorney to provide expert legal counsel on high-priority, complex privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity matters impacting government agencies and citywide initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 12 years of legal experience, including experience in NYC government, intergovernmental affairs, or enterprise-level privacy program implementation
Active admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing
At least one active IAPP certification (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, AIGP)
