Job Description
Drive Innovation. Improve Quality. Lead Impactful Change. As a senior technical leader within our Operations Technology team, you will lead heat treat process engineering across multiple locations and play a critical role in improving product quality, furnace performance, and CO2 reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or metallurgical engineering/Materials Science
  • 5+ years of experience in the pipe, steel, or related manufacturing industry
  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred
  • Strong background in process control, lean manufacturing, and statistical problem-solving
  • Proven leadership experience guiding engineers and driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated success leading capital projects and process improvement programs
  • Ability to independently manage complex initiatives in a multi-site environment
