As a Senior Process Manager - Spray Drying, you'll manage manufacturing operations that support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing operations management
  • 5 years of experience leading teams
  • Demonstrated experience in regulated environments (ISO 13485, cGMP, FDA)
  • Experience managing budgets and driving cost optimization initiatives
  • Experience with change management and process optimization
  • BS degree required
  • Advanced degree highly preferred
  • Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant professional certifications highly valued
