Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Procure-to-Pay Specialist to own end-to-end Procure-to-Pay execution for their aligned category, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable operations. This role will ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, vendor payments, accruals, and reconciliations while also supporting procurement execution and stakeholder needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay operations
  • Demonstrated experience supporting month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and audits
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Coupa, or other Procure to Pay systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
