This senior-level advisory position is designed for an accomplished contracting professional who thrives at the intersection of regulatory compliance, executive leadership, and strategic oversight.
What You Will Do
You will provide guidance to eliminate risks in critical procurement actions, assist the Procurement Management Review Program to improve efficiency, and conduct compliance reviews on solicitations, files, and acquisition records.

Requirements
- ACTIVE Secret Clearance
- DAWIA Certification Level III (or equivalent) in Contracting
- Minimum of a Master’s degree (MA, MS, or MBA) in a relevant field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a warranted contracting officer
- Experience working within a DoD buying activity or an assisted-acquisition civilian agency
- Served previously as a senior warranted official, installation chief, or program lead
- Direct experience creating, writing, and releasing agency-level contracting policy
- Direct experience advising senior leaders on the formulation of contract policy
- Direct experience leading contract file reviews and preparing for agency-level PMRs
- Master FAR Part 15 formal source selection and FAR Subpart 16.505 ordering procedures
