Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to lead highly complex, design-driven creative initiatives from concept through delivery. This role oversees projects that include design and AV, and are often localized and/or require work from localized teams across the globe.
What You Will Do
Lead multiple complex creative projects from intake through final delivery, manage integrated creative campaigns, and coordinate work across global and regional teams.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience producing complex creative, marketing, entertainment, or advertising projects
- Demonstrated success managing large, design-heavy creative and AV initiatives with multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Experience managing localization projects across multiple languages, markets, or global regions
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows across design, copy, motion graphics, video, and post-production
- Deep expertise in workflow design and project management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
- A proactive, self-directed approach
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills and confidence working with executives, clients, creatives, and cross-functional teams
- Experience using project management platforms such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com or similar
