Role OverviewJoin Tombras, a 600+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, as a Senior Producer. You'll lead productions across video, digital, social, experiential, stills, etc. and have a strong relationship with production partners and freelance talent. You'll be part of a highly creative agency that has been recognized by AdAge, Adweek, Communication Arts, Fast Company, Forbes, and Fortune.
What You Will Do
Lead productions from concept development through final delivery, work on multiple concurrent productions, and ensure projects are executed on time and on budget while protecting the creative vision.

Requirements
- 10–15+ years of advertising production experience
- Extensive experience producing traditional commercials, branded content, digital campaigns, activations, and integrated productions
- Strong understanding of production across live action, photography, animation, VFX, post-production, audio, experiential, digital, and social content
- Proven leadership managing large, complex productions
- Industry relationships across production partners and vendors
- Expertise in budgeting, negotiations, scheduling, and production operations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
