Role OverviewLMI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the applications, workflows, and user experiences supporting a U.S. Army enterprise data environment. This is a hands-on design role spanning product discovery through delivery.
What You Will Do
Lead product design for data-intensive applications and operational workflows. Translate user needs into product concepts, workflows, prototypes, and detailed interaction designs.
Why It Might Be a Fit

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in product design, interaction design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Seven or more years of experience designing digital products or complex enterprise applications
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, systems thinking, and delivery of software used in production
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable product decisions
- Proficiency with modern collaborative design and prototyping tools
- Experience working closely with software engineers throughout product development
- Experience designing data-rich interfaces, workflows, or decision-support applications
- Experience supporting a Department of Defense customer
- Active Secret clearance
