Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to help lead product design for First Street's climate risk products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other designers to create user-centered designs and own our design system and component library.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of successful products
  • Experience in design for enterprise or technical products
  • Proficiency with Figma, including Figma Make
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
