Senior Product Designer (1309)

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with sound judgement and deep product thinking to shape Axtria's product experience. You'll lead end-to-end design across web and mobile, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers and designers to turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive SaaS tools for the commercial operations of life sciences organizations.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end design for product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery. Turn ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions, working closely with product and engineering.

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms or enterprise software.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms or enterprise software
• Past work on SaaS products & life sciences or pharma, or related industries areas
• Experience designing for AI agents, rich data visualizations or complex services
• An outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed products and strong visual design
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills
• Strong judgement
• Technical fluency to work with engineers as a peer
• A systems thinker who spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product
• An AI-native way of working
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents and predictive insights for real users solving real problems
• A self-starter who sees a gap, builds the fix and shows it working
• Clear communication and storytelling
• Clear, confident written and spoken English, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders
• A proven track record of taking projects from concept to launch in a commercial market
