Fieldguide is a remote-first company that enables trust between businesses. We are hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our Audit product team. The role involves owning complex problem spaces, partnering with Product and Engineering, and shaping the design direction of a core Fieldguide product.

Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Drive design execution with minimal direction
  • Balance speed and iteration with usability, consistency, and long-term product quality
  • Advocate for users while accounting for technical, regulatory, and business constraints
