Role OverviewWe're a 12-person team (5 engineers, 7 Go To Market) building a time-tracking platform for lawyers, accountants, and consultants. Our goal is to eliminate the task of timekeeping altogether. We're looking for a senior product designer who can operate independently and collaboratively with engineers to turn dense workflows into delightful experiences.
What You Will Do
As a senior product designer, you'll talk with lawyers, firm administrators, engineers, and our go-to-market team, watch people work, and identify problems worth solving. You'll define core trust loops for our customers, figure out the right abstractions for a firm intelligence platform, and contribute to team composition by interviewing designers and engineers.
