Role OverviewJoin our in-house design team as a Senior Product Designer to shape our product strategy, define design architecture, and raise the bar for our entire design culture. You will lead end-to-end design, drive strategic impact, and champion the user.

Lead complex product initiatives, conduct user research, synthesize qualitative feedback, and inform design decisions. Prepare clear design specifications, account for edge cases, and work closely with engineers to ensure feasible implementation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive product design experience
- proven track record of shipping impactful digital products
- experience in healthcare, health-tech, or complex multi-sided platforms
- strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX and visual UI craft
- complex problem-solving
- clear narrative of end-to-end design process
- demonstrated experience building or significantly contributing to scalable enterprise-grade design systems
- deep experience utilizing user research, usability testing, product analytics, and experimentation
- strong understanding of technical constraints, system architecture, and front-end feasibility
