Role OverviewThe Senior Product Engineer is responsible for engineering projects within a design and development program, supervising engineers and designers, and resolving manufacturing and field issues. The role involves high-level engineering analysis, design, and communication with suppliers and customers. The engineer must maintain effective communication, use CAD to design components, and create project documentation.
What You Will Do
The Senior Product Engineer will participate in budgeting, research new technologies, maintain communication with suppliers and customers, design and develop components, and evaluate designs for performance, safety, reliability, and cost. The engineer will also prepare engineering layouts, drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials, and maintain engineering documentation within the EPDM system.

Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Engineering
- Proficient using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- 6+ years related experience
- Familiarity with Epicor ERP System and Algor, FEMPro is preferred
- Experience working with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling package
- Possess a strong mechanical knowledge of agriculture equipment or related systems
- Agricultural background
