Role OverviewThe Senior Product Line Manager will have Product Management and Business Development responsibilities, working closely with customers, sales, R&D teams, and other organizations within Coherent to identify and develop new business opportunities, product definitions, and diversified revenue growth plans.
What You Will Do
Develop and continuously improve an in-depth understanding of our target markets, identify key customers, establish customer relationships, provide market intelligence expertise, and develop product roadmaps and revenue growth plans.

Requirements
- 10 years of Product Marketing or Business Development experience in a global setting

- Minimum B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering
- MBA degree a plus
- Demonstrated ability to drive product line strategy
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple goals and priorities
