Role OverviewAvery Dennison is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join our Performance Tapes business in North America (PTNA). The successful candidate will provide vision and direction to the organization and drive execution to achieve the goals for the segment. The role will be responsible for planning and leading the Building and Construction P&L and crafting and driving the commercial strategy for this top growth segment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing vision and strategy to a high value growth segment with an advanced product portfolio, developing strategic and annual operating plans, managing the P&L for a select product portfolio, and implementing and executing a portfolio management approach to assigned products.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 8+ years experience leading a technical product line with demonstrated growth and performance or related commercial experience
