Blockdaemon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the Staking + Defi product strategy for their Earn stack. The role focuses on optimizing performance, ensuring best-in-class rewards platform, and collaborating with various teams to drive product innovation and growth. This is a fully remote position reporting to the Director of Product.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of product management experience
  • Strong technical background (computer science or software engineering)
  • Experience with blockchain technologies like Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Layer 2 solutions
  • Experience with non-custodial wallets, key management, and DeFi integrations
  • Proven track record of working with engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for blockchain technology
  • Previous experience with full product lifecycle ownership
