The Senior Product Manager for Payment Transactions will own the end-to-end on-site payment experience, ensuring reliable, predictable, and scalable payment at chargers. The goal is to achieve market-leading first-time success rates, ensuring a dependable and accurate charging session for all drivers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in payments, fintech, EV charging, or other transactional systems
  • Strong technical acumen and proven experience steering external technology vendors
  • Experience working with field-deployed, customer-critical systems
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence and reliability
