Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and launching global fulfillment capabilities to serve different customer segments. You will take a customer-focused approach to define product vision and drive solution simplification while meeting complex compliance requirements from stakeholders in business, tax, accounting, legal, and trade. You will dive deep into existing Amazon fulfillment technology to understand reasons behind architecture decisions, recognize when technical design limits scale/performance/innovation, and provide inputs to refine technical designs.
What You Will Do
Your key job responsibilities include collaborating with global and regional business, operations, finance, legal, accounting, trade, and tax teams to identify compliance requirements, develop fulfillment strategies, and align with Leo's unique business goals and business models in each country. You will define and deliver comprehensive product requirements across end-to-end supply chain needs, leveraging and expanding existing solutions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will define, own, and monitor input and output metrics for fulfillment performance, use data to prioritize roadmap decisions, validate hypotheses through experimentation, and quantify the impact of product launches on customer and business outcomes. You will also author PR/FAQs and product strategy documents that define the 'what' and 'why' for new fulfillment capabilities.
