Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager at Retell AI, you'll own critical product experiences powering millions of AI-driven conversations. You'll have end-to-end ownership—identifying customer problems, defining product strategy, shaping solutions with engineering and design, validating them with real users, and driving execution through launch and adoption.
What You Will Do
Drive product strategy and customer outcomes across key areas including voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, automation, and platform capabilities. Build a deep understanding of customers, turn customer problems into clear product direction, and own the roadmap from strategy through execution.

Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments

- Strong track record of partnering across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and other business teams
