Senior Product Manager, Compliance

As a Senior Product Manager, Compliance, you will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for FMG's compliance platform. You will own the roadmap for improving the compliance experience and effectiveness across our advisor and enterprise customer base. You will be responsible for designing and launching FMG's first external-facing compliance capability, engaging with enterprise and ecosystem partners, and validating market demand.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include owning the compliance product roadmap, designing and launching FMG's first external-facing compliance capability, engaging with enterprise and ecosystem partners, and validating market demand. You will also be responsible for cross-functional alignment across Engineering, GTM, and Compliance leadership, building real buy-in, not just meeting-room agreement.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management, with meaningful time in fintech, wealthtech, regtech, or a compliance-adjacent product area
• Direct experience with financial services regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA, or equivalent) applied to product decisions
• Track record of owning both strategy and hands-on delivery in a senior IC or player-coach role
• Experience designing or launching an API, SDK, or platform-layer product intended for external partners or developers
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to build working prototypes or MVPs
• Comfort operating in an AI-native SDLC: working alongside engineers who use AI tooling heavily, reviewing AI-generated code at a conceptual level, and using AI to accelerate discovery and prototyping
