Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle for the conceptualization, build, launch, and growth of new technology-driven products, services, or features. You will work with cross-functional teams to build and iterate strategies and achieve business goals. What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the full product development and deployment lifecycle, identifying business opportunities, collecting business requirements, defining project scope and key milestones, and writing functional and technical specifications. You will also analyze complex technologies and use cases to produce meaningful technical insights, manage the planning, design, and development of methodologies, tools, and systems, and prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Management (any), or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business Administration, Management (any), or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
  • Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Conducting user research, competitor analysis, or market science analysis, including interviewing customers and gathering survey questionnaires to validate and analyze customers' and users' needs;
  • Providing end-to-end enterprise and business-to-business product management, including coordinating cross-functional, geographically distributed business and technical teams for competitive positioning, RoI estimate, and revenue generation;
  • Analyzing data, building and maintaining datasets, and creating dashboards for product planning;
  • Translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, or Excel;
  • Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders, including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results);
  • Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies.
