Role OverviewThe Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) is hiring Senior Product Managers to shape, ship, and launch resident-facing products end-to-end. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with designers, engineers, user researchers, policy teams, and other city employees to move from problem statements to working products and services for New Yorkers.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead products from problem framing through public launch, scoping the work, running discovery, prioritizing, making hard tradeoffs, and partnering with agency, policy, and executive stakeholders to ship successfully. You will also lead modern product practices for the team.

Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics or related field
- Six years of satisfactory full-time experience related to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture, and/or IT infrastructure systems
- Or a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and ten years of satisfactory full-time experience related to enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, network architecture, and/or IT infrastructure systems
- Or education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above
