Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager at Pebl, you will drive the product definition, strategy, and execution to enhance the platform capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the product plans. This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least 3 days per week.
What You Will Do
You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our EOR platform features, translate customer needs into clear product requirements, and define use cases for AI agents to automate and streamline day-to-day EOR employee workflows.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
- Track record owning a product area end-to-end
- Hands-on experience in testing product before releasing
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Startup experience in FinTech or HR tech
- Experience taking a product from 0-1 or a technical co-founder
